Silver & Garvett is a civil litigation and real estate firm. S&G concentrates its practice in the following fields:

The Firm has two partners: Scott Silver, and Fredric Garvett. The Firm was founded by Scott Silver and Fredric Garvett in 1989. Scott and Fred, who both grew up in Miami, were childhood friends, college roommates, and Eagle Scouts.

S&G has its offices in the Palmetto Bay Village Center in southern Miami. The Center is a 300,000 square foot office complex situated on 80 acres adjacent to Biscayne Bay and was the former Burger King World Headquarters. The firm's offices on the penthouse floor offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Key Biscayne, Downtown Miami, South Beach, Coral Gables, and Dadeland.
